Meet Shane Hanrahan
Shane Hanrahan is the Founder and Managing Director of Rubix Recruitment, bringing over 20 years of recruitment experience across Ireland and international markets.
In 2006, Shane successfully founded a recruitment agency, which he grew and later sold to Staffline plc, a UK-listed recruitment group, in 2017. Since then, he has held two Managing Director roles with Irish recruitment firms, specialising in the light industrial and construction sectors.
Shane’s experience spans a wide range of industries — including logistics, construction, and healthcare — and he has managed large-scale operations both domestically and across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
In addition to his leadership in recruitment, Shane serves as a Board Member of the Community Credit Union in Dublin, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.
